Refund policy

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not accept physical returns. You will never need to ship your item back to us.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sipora.us with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a full refund or free replacement — whichever you prefer.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please reach out and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We are unable to offer refunds for orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided, or for items damaged due to misuse after delivery.
